When summer comes to an end we leave the mountain pasture and go home to our farm inn Innerperskolerhof in Völser Aicha. Now it's time for the famous custom of Törggelen. For centuries, the locals have been celebrating the pressing of the grapes and the sampling of the first new wine. Typical dishes and chestnuts are served with sweet must and young wine. The farm inn is also open in spring (Friday through Sunday).
